France & Daniel Searle

France and Daniel Searle are a French-British couple based in the heart of the Pays-d’Enhaut, a region they chose to build their family life and develop their professional projects.

​

France, founder of Madame Immobilier, works in real estate with an approach that is above all personal, local and tailored to each client. Deeply involved in the life of the region and supportive of its local businesses, she also runs Madame Déco & Cadeaux, a boutique designed as a warm, vibrant and welcoming place in the heart of Château-d’Œx.

Daniel, originally from the UK and an electrician by trade, brings his technical expertise, practical skills and knowledge of property maintenance. Together, France and Daniel also created Summit Services, a company dedicated to concierge services, property maintenance and property management in the region.

​

Parents of two boys and deeply connected to local life, France and Daniel share the same ambition: to build their businesses here, work with local professionals and offer trusted, straightforward and personal services rooted in the community.

Through their various activities, they aim to create a genuine connection between real estate, services, homes and mountain living — guided by a shared philosophy: to be present, approachable and to care for places as much as for people.
